Precautions for wearing mask

1. Wash your hands first and then wear a mask. Try to avoid touching the inside of the mask with your hands and reduce the possibility of contamination of the mask as much as possible;
2. Don’t wear the wrong positive and negative, and don’t wear it on both sides in turn. The mask should be distinguished from the inside and outside, up and down. The disposable medical surgical mask is dark outside, light inside, and one end of the metal strip is above;
3.When wearing the mask, fully unfold the folding surface, completely wrap the mouth, nose and jaw, tighten the elastic band of the mask as much as possible, and compress the metal strips on both sides of the nose to reduce the leakage around, and it is best to breathe slowly;
4. When the mask is not in use, fold the side contacting the mouth and nose inward and put it in a clean self sealing bag. Wash hands after the mask is used up and thrown away;
5. The mask shall be replaced every 2-4 hours, because if it is used for too long, large particles will be blocked on the mask surface or ultra-fine particles will block the gap of the mask filter material, resulting in the decline of filtration efficiency and the increase of respiratory resistance. If the mask is damaged or contaminated, it shall also be replaced at the first time;
6.After wearing the mask, do not touch the outside of the mask with your hands. Bacteria and viruses gather on the outside.
